Scheduling and Preparation Suggestions

When scheduling – please have a time of day, type of session (phone or email) and method of payment (check/credit card) in mind. 
It expedites the scheduling process.  Also – please communicate your time zone if not in Minnesota when scheduling a phone reading. 

Cancellation Procedure

If, in any event, you need to cancel an appointment with Tiffany, please contact her at  612-272-2561.  A 20% cancellation fee will be assessed if less than 72 hours notice is given.  If a period of less than 24 hours notice is given or if there is a no-show, a 50% fee will be charged.  Appointments missed due to weather or extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on an individual basis by Tiffany. Please know that for her readings, Tiffany will honor the balance of the appointment up to 10 minutes past your scheduled time.   Following that, the appointment will be seen as a no show.  It is the clients responsibility to call Tiffany at the 320 number for the appt. (The full number will be giving to you at the time that the appointment is scheduled in full.)
